Signifying Nothing

          Shakespeare could have been talking about yesterday’s MoveOn.org rally outside of Republican Representative Jaime Herrera-Beutler’s office when he said, “It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.”  The Columbian reports that 20 supporters of the liberal organization gathered outside of the Representative’s Vancouver Washington office for what was billed as a “Defend the Dream” event.  Lew Waters, a fellow blogger from Washington State, provided the video of the event.

          Ronald Reagan once said, “The trouble with our liberal friends is not that they are ignorant, but that they know so much that isn’t so.”  I could spend the next month refuting the “facts” that the MoveOn supporters spew in the video, but my readers are smart enough to see this propaganda for what it is.
