Creepy Classified

          “I'm 61 years old. I'm retired and I want to be a big brother to your 7 or 8 year old daughter…”  What responsibility does a newspaper, or website, have when someone wants to place such a classified advertisement?  Just such an ad was placed by Ron Antonson, a convicted felon and it ran this weekend in my hometown newspaper, The Chronicle of Lewis County, Washington.  A television report of the story is linked here and embedded.  I’ve checked the newspaper website repeatedly, but as of minutes ago have not seen any comment from them.
