One Illegal Vote is One Too Many

          When Washington State insists upon violating its own laws you have to wonder about the integrity of elected officials and the judges who aid and abet them.  In this video, Glenn Beck discusses just that with Michael Reitz of the Evergreen Freedom Foundation.

          The Evergreen Freedom Foundation had recently sued the Washington State Secretary of State,Sam Reed, for registering minors to vote.  In the video Glenn Beck takes the position that we shouldn’t be signing up children to vote because, “It’s the law,” and he suggests “Do it the right way.”  He then offers a procedure to avoid signing up children, check their ID and a calendar.  It is hard to see how anyone could argue that we should break the law and register people who are not eligible, but bleeding heart liberals did and found activist judges who agreed.

          The title of Glenn Beck's recent book, which I am now reading, is Common Sense.  Even though I have not yet finished the book, I’m already convinced that he is just such a common sense conservative.
